면접관: AI 시대에 가장 중요해질 강점은 무엇이라고 생각하나요?
지원자: 저는 정보를 그대로 받아들이기보다 질문하고 검토하는 능력이 제 강점 중 하나라고 생각합니다. AI가 유용한 선택지를 제공할 수는 있지만, 최종적으로는 인간의 판단이 여전히 중요하다고 생각합니다.

면접관: 그 강점이 실제로 도움이 되었던 경험을 하나 말씀해 주시겠어요?
지원자: 정책 전략 프로젝트를 진행하면서 팀원들과 AI 도구를 활용해 여러 가지 가능한 제안을 만들어본 적이 있습니다. 저희는 그중 어떤 제안이 실제로 정책의 영향을 받는 사람들에게 현실적인지 판단해야 했습니다. 저는 AI가 제시한 내용과 인터뷰 기록을 비교해보았고, 효율성 측면에서는 좋아 보이는 한 가지 방안이 사용자들이 중요하게 이야기했던 우려를 반영하지 못하고 있다는 것을 발견했습니다. 그래서 그 문제를 다시 팀 논의에 가져오고 제안 내용을 수정하자고 제안했습니다. 그 결과 프로젝트의 목표를 달성하면서도 실제 사람들의 필요를 더 잘 반영한 균형 잡힌 제안서를 만들 수 있었습니다.

면접관: 그렇다면 AI의 능력이 발전할수록 사람은 무엇에 더 집중해야 한다고 생각하나요?
지원자: 더 좋은 질문을 하고, 맥락을 이해하며, 효율성뿐 아니라 사람까지 고려하는 의사결정에 집중해야 한다고 생각합니다.

면접관: 그러한 강점을 이번 인턴십에서는 어떻게 활용하시겠어요?
지원자: AI가 업무 속도를 높이는 데 도움이 되는 부분에는 적극적으로 활용하겠지만, 결과를 그대로 받아들이지 않고 더 넓은 맥락을 고려하겠습니다. 또한 최종 제안이 실제로 영향을 받는 사람들에게도 적절한지 확인하겠습니다.

What strength do you think will matter most in the age of AI?
I think one of my strengths is knowing how to question information rather than accepting it at face value. AI can provide useful options, but I believe human judgment is still essential.
Can you give me an example of when that strength was useful?
[Situation] During a policy strategy project, my team used an AI tool to generate several possible recommendations.
[Task] We needed to decide which recommendation would actually be realistic for the people affected by the policy.
[Action] I compared the suggestions with our interview notes and noticed that one highly efficient option ignored an important concern raised by users. I brought that concern back into the discussion and suggested modifying the recommendation.
[Result] We developed a more balanced proposal that still met the project goal while better reflecting the needs of the people involved.
So, what do you think humans should focus on as AI becomes more capable?
 
I think we should focus on asking better questions, understanding context, and making decisions that consider people as well as efficiency.
 
How would you bring that strength to this internship?
 
I'd use AI where it can help me work faster, but I'd also question the output, consider the broader context, and make sure the final recommendation makes sense for the people affected by it.

I think judgment, empathy, and understanding context are especially important because they require more than simply processing information.
Yes. I think AI will handle more routine tasks, which means people will need to focus more on judgment, creativity, and communication.

I can consider the human context behind a decision. I try to understand how a recommendation will affect different people rather than focusing only on efficiency.
I use AI to explore possibilities quickly, but I use my own judgment to evaluate which ideas are relevant, realistic, and appropriate for the situation.

I think human value comes from deciding which questions matter, understanding consequences that may not be obvious in the data, and taking responsibility for the final choice.

  • ➡ 숫자나 효율성만 보지 않고 사람, 상황, 목적 등 더 넓은 맥락을 함께 고려한다고 표현할 때 유용.

  • "My strength is listening for emotions and concerns that may not be stated directly. AI can organize information, but understanding what a person really needs often requires empathy and attention to context."
  • "제 강점은 직접적으로 표현되지 않은 감정이나 우려까지 들으려고 하는 것입니다. AI가 정보를 정리할 수는 있지만 사람이 실제로 무엇을 필요로 하는지 이해하려면 공감과 맥락에 대한 주의가 필요합니다."

  • "I think my strength is evaluating whether a technically promising idea is realistic under actual conditions. AI can suggest possible materials or approaches, but I still need to consider cost, safety, and manufacturing constraints."
  • "제 강점은 기술적으로 가능성이 있어 보이는 아이디어가 실제 조건에서도 현실적인지 평가하는 것입니다. AI가 가능한 소재나 접근 방법을 제안할 수는 있지만 비용, 안전성, 생산 조건은 직접 고려해야 합니다."
