How do you define success?
To me, success means achieving a meaningful goal while becoming better through the process. I don't measure success only by the final result. I also look at what I learned and how I improved along the way.
Can you give me an example of a time when you felt successful?

[Task] We had to analyze a company's financial performance and present our recommendations within a limited time.

So, do you think success is possible even without being the best?
 
Absolutely. Results matter, but I don't think success always means coming in first. If I meet a challenging goal, learn from the experience, and perform better than before, I consider that meaningful progress.
How would that mindset affect your work as an intern?
It would help me focus on both results and continuous improvement. I'd set clear standards for my work, learn from feedback, and try to improve each time I take on a new task.
